Reducing manufacturing risk before tooling investment through practical DFMA review, tooling feasibility checks, and Moldflow simulation for injection-molded parts.

Rapid Prototyping Validation

Coordinating prototype builds to validate form, fit, function, and assembly before tooling. Support includes SLA/SLS 3D printing, CNC machining, and vacuum casting for short-run validation.

China + ASEAN Manufacturing Support

On-the-ground engineering support from China for supplier coordination, tooling follow-up, T0/T1 troubleshooting, and factory-side communication across China and selected ASEAN supply chains.

Investment & Engagement

Engineering Investment

My pricing is intentionally simple and transparent:

$40/hour for actual engineering and project support work only.

Senior engineering judgment close to the manufacturing side — from design review and DFMA to supplier communication, tooling follow-up, and sample troubleshooting.

Manufacturing Transparency

All manufacturing costs are billed directly by the factory. I do not add hidden markups to tooling, prototyping, or production pricing.

When factory coordination, quotation review, supplier communication, or project management support is needed, my work is charged separately as transparent engineering support.

How Client Information Is Protected

All project files and technical information are used strictly for evaluation and engineering support. Nothing is shared with suppliers or third parties without your approval. I’m happy to work under an NDA before reviewing sensitive technical files.
